Still A Girl

It's been a whirlwind of a week since our ultrasound. Bria just gets more active every day. It constantly amazes me how she never seems to sleep. Just when I think there's a break in the movements, there's one more kick or punch.

It's been a busy week. We all feel the need to nest. We're trying to find bedding and pick things out between Vacation Bible School and swim lessons. The best part of this pregnancy has been watching Arleigh and Hanan. They are so excited to get a little sister. They want everything to be perfect. Of course, we all disagree on the bedding. Hanan wants Hello Kitty. Arleigh is looking for anything else. I'm looking for pink this time since both the girls had such a unisex nursery. Ray just keeps asking how much we're going to hurt the bank account.

Speaking of Ray and his bank account. There's an old saying that goes something like this, "A good man takes his son fishing. It is truly a great man who will take his daughter shopping." On Friday Arleigh had to go to a birthday party. Somehow I drew the short straw and had to take her. Ray and Hanan went out to dinner and shopping. Hanan came home with a new bright pink shirt. Ray had an armload of pink clothes for Bria. He had found deals at T.J. Maxx. Ray is that great man and the best dad for girls.

That's it for now. I have to get my lessons ready for VBS. You probably won't hear from us much this week. We're all learning how to be SonForce Agents.
